In my studio class, we have been working on creating an artist booklet, which is a form of a portfolio of our artworks. I
I selected a service experience that I found distinctive and with which I’ve recently been engaged. In my case, I chose Dramatics NYC, a hair salon located near me. Next, I identified three potential users of this service to create Design Personas for each user group. The personas were each given a name and a photo of what they might look like then an identification of their career, interests, background, hobbies, etc. Finally, I came up with names for each group of users in what is known as a “user segmentation” and expressed two design improvements for the service based upon the personas particular profile.
