Over the past week, in Research in Development we have been learning about the art of observing and how to pay attention. It is hard to see details in things that we typically don’t pay attention to. We are often attracted to the things that call to our attention like a loud siren, a street entertainer, or our phone ringing. Because so much is always going on, we often miss out on the small things, so this week’s assignment was to capture images of things that get overlooked and are underappreciated.
For this process, I took a series of around 30 photos and out of the 5 I chose the ones with the most meaning t0 me.
