The last project I did through the Copywriting course was to create a website layout or design. Here is a draft copy for
Internet Marketing Strategies explored the internet as a marketing channel with many companies using traditional banner ads and email campaigns in order to gain growth. We explored internet marketing methods and applications of technology by examining real world examples of business. We examined the use of search engine marketing, viral marketing, and social media marketing while also studying about the metrics used to measure these methods’ success.
On the last week of the class, each student created a case study for any company we wanted. I chose to research and analyze the marketing strategies of Sephora. The project looked at where the company’s current position was at the time and the strengths and weaknesses. This lead us to compose an advertising plan that we saw fit the company’s existing model and define why their online marketing methods might have the ability to succeed.
